Baum Ristretto

Baum Ristretto is Baum’s flagship steel frame. It comes as a frame set with Enve’s carbon seat post and your choice of Enve or 3T fork and stem and Chris King or Tune headset. Customers use Baum’s library of colours, but Chris chose custom colours from the VW paint chart.  Finally these colours are layed down on Baum’s GTH paint scheme to create this unique bike.

To complete this build Enve has been used for the bars and Ti Quick releases.   Our stock handbuilt wheels using DT swiss 240 hubs Sapim cx ray spokes and H Plus Son Archetype rims. Another go to Vittoria’s 25mm open corsa cx tyres and Continental Super Sonic tubes complete the package.

While Shimano’s top drawer Dura Ace Di2 drive train was chosen, light, strong and works in the worst UK conditions.  Because we want comfort Fizik’s new Kurve carbon saddle was employed to sit on, KIng Ti bottle cages and Arundel Gecko bar tape to finish off.  All in all one of the finest hand made bikes in Bristol.
